Executive Solution
The Executive solution offered by Benchmark International was created to be able to offer senior recruitment in more than one area of a major account. Our business has a select portfolio of Blue chip and early stage organisations to which we have become part of through trust, loyalty and recognition.

Our Solution
Benchmark Executive – We will usually be brought in as dedicated project managers to work closely with the MD or CEO and help with the execution of a new business, new technology or new market thus searching for senior individuals to drive this.
It is crucial that we understand in detail how our client is looking to create growth and the core competencies required for the desired individual. We will consult and give strategic guidance due to our strong business backgrounds and offer a truly tailor made search campaign.
Our typical search in the Executive area will be CEO, MD, Executive Directors, Sales/Marketing/Financial Directors and senior management. Our national retained programmes are carried out through the following areas of Technology:

Benchmark Executive – This is the contingent part of our business whereby we are brought in at the start of the search through exclusive service offering. Due to the nature of some campaigns we are also brought in at the back end as specialised project managers to handle very stringent briefs where other search companies fail.
Our typical campaign will consist of searching at executive level through to middle management. This will involve using precision head-hunting techniques and our extensive network whilst working with our clients to effectively proposition their business.
